One-on-One
By asking questions, the Coach in Residence invites the coachee to widen their approach and create perspective towards achieving their goals. Coach will adopt an action model -- at the end of the session the coachee identifies the actions they will take. When working one-on-one, it is up to the coach and coachee to schedule sessions. The level of engagement and frequency of sessions is up to the coach and coachee.
